How soon must my sidewalk be shovelled after a snowfall?
24 HOURS after the END of the snowfall. After that, the city can issue a 24 hour
notice to the property owner to clear snow/ice. If not done, the city will do the work and bill the property
owner. If you have any unsafe sidewalks due to snow/ice please notify me or the city directly at 448-3535.
